Return and Refund Policy


VenusBicycle.com will check all items to ensure they are correct and in good condition when they are shipped to you from our Jakarta warehouse. However, if you receive the wrong item or if the item was received with damage and you wish to return it to us, please note the following points.

VenusBicycle.com can accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged items: *
    We will accept damaged items for replacement with a new one if the cover is received damaged (scratched or torn) or if the seal are damaged (sticky, torn).
  • Defective items:
    We will accept an item for replacement by a new one if the item you received isn't working properly. Items that are considered defective are Saddle, Aerobars, Helmets, Suspension - Fork, Wheel or Wheel Kits that are included inside the product.
  • Wrong item:
    We will accept a return and replace the item if you received the wrong item (different from the one ordered).

VenusBicycle.com will only accept the return not later than 30 days from the date you received your order.

If you wish to return an item, please send us the information along with a photograph of the item you received using the 'Contact Us' form and state your order ID number in the message. Our customer service representative will contact you to arrange for a replacement.

Please do not send any returned item to us until you received an instruction and Return Number from our customer service department. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Number.
